Obsessed with the hex-granny!

Much progress on this afghan for one week don't you think? I cannot put this down! I am hoping one more week and it will be done! Just had to share the progress!

I love Grannys

Yesterday I found one of the best blogs I have seen in awhile, and so inspiring. One Loop Short got me going on the hexagons. I am using cotton yarn and intend this afghan to be Sophia's sometime.

Well, with my new bling stash from the last post I better show what I have been up to, and well this one's a gift, for a dear friend who shares a birthday with my dear Sophia-Today!!!!

Sophia showing off her new wares from Aunt Janell for her birthday! Happy 4 year old birthday to Sophia! She says she will now sleep in her own bed from now on, and for sure no more diapers to bed, she is "a really big girl now!"
